Group Fitness in 2009 is not the same Aerobics class that you or your mother may have taken during the 1980’s. We don’t wear leg warmers or leotards, we don’t wear headbands or things that sparkle. Group Fitness in 2009 is about focusing on your mind and your body with Yoga and Pilates and your heart with low impact exercises and strength and toning by using light weights. It’s about boot camps and challenging yourself to test your limits. So come out for an hour and make some new friends, strengthen and tone your body and have a darn good time. The only requirement is that you show up, you don’t have to be in shape or have any equipment to start, you just have to start. One more thing, the only thing 1980’s about the class is occasionally the music.
The types of classes offered are Body Sculpting (Strength and Conditioning), Pilates Mat, Yoga, Aqua Aerobics, Low Impact, and Step
Kids activity camps
We also offer Kids Activity Camps. Our camps provide an environment where your children can participate in activities designed to improve their coordination, gain confidence, gain sport specific skills as well as an outlet for some of their energy.
